For Participating Programs

GradCAS™ is available to your program for a $25,000 annual membership fee. The membership will allow you to:

• Join the GradCAS community and have your information shared in our central, global portal.
• Use WebAdMIT™, the GradCAS admissions management platform.
• Ease your administrative burden and reduce costs with supplementary services, such as GPA calculation, document (transcript, letters of recommendation, resume and personal statement) collection and applicant support.

For Applicants

There is no cost for applicants to research programs in GradCAS. Applicants are charged a $38 per program processing fee only when they submit an application. In many instances, this fee can be offset by eliminating the redundancies that exist in today’s application model, such as transcript request fees, mailing fees, etc. Our research has shown that applicants value the convenience of applying through a CAS and that this convenience justifies fees associated with the service.

For nearly three decades, Liaison has focused on expanding access to education for students from all backgrounds. We’ll continue this commitment with GradCAS by working with our advisory board to offer fee waivers for eligible applicants.
